Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Digital Product Analyst to help define and support a product portfolio that supports our practice groups by providing optimal user experience, enhancing workflows, and focusing on continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Intelligence Automation Manager, the Digital Product Analyst will be responsible for managing cross functional projects, writing requirements, tracking, and communicating user and competitive feedback, monitoring marketing performance, and identifying product opportunities. This Digital Product Analyst has an interest in the intersection of legal, product, strategy, and technology.
This position can reside in our Philadelphia, New York, Boston, or Washington, DC office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
Collect and organize product feedback from user research, user support, practice group utilization, and system usage data.
Setup and manage ongoing product feedback sessions with practice group attorneys.
Organize and prioritize bugs, user needs, and pain points.
Execute product strategy through product management tactics.
Work with the design team to explore and iterate on potential solutions.
Work with the product developers to plan for and manage development sprints.
Align the practice group stakeholders on new designs and organize them into tickets for the delivery team.
Support the delivery team as they build the new designs, answering questions and making sure new functionality works as intended.
Rollout new features with user-centric transition plans, help documentation, and marketing / user success support.
Help establish and track KPIs for our product portfolio and identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as a peer leader among the ICs on the team.
Experience and preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, finance, technical, quantitative or design field from a four-year college or university and minimum one (1) year of professional experience.
Prior experience with a web-based product management software application, such as Asana or Jira, required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong collaborator.
Able to think creatively and strategically while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills, practical tendencies, and an ability to find process efficiencies.
Self-starter with the ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands.
Demonstrated project management skills.

For positions in Washington, D.C., the salary range for this job posting is: $72,200.00 - $115,550.00.
For positions in NY, the salary range for this job posting is
$78,500.00 - $125,600.00.The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
