Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms, with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Digital Studio Analyst. Reporting to the Digital Studio Manager, the Analyst will support the firm's digital initiatives, including collaborating with practice groups to assess use cases to improve workflows and client services.
This position will reside in either our Chicago or Philadelphia office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Instructional/Support Activities Include
Manage and operationalize the portfolio of digital products, handling day-to-day tasks and providing support to managers and stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic initiatives across digital applications, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain process documentation, presentations, and other deliverables tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the product team to monitor and communicate development status for studio-specific products.
Ensure functionality of existing digital products, including scheduling and executing regular data maintenance.
Design and implement processes to prioritize and address support requests efficiently.
Monitor and triage “help desk box” inquiries for the digital products.
Foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders at all organizational levels to enhance collaboration and trust.
Work closely with the Digital Studio, Office of General Counsel, and Practice Groups to evaluate and implement new use cases for digital products.
Experience/Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
Manage and support projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
Review, analyze, and track a high volume of information.
Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
Exceptional technical skills and proficiency in the use of MS Office tools, including MS Word, MX Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
2–3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with a strong foundation of legal workflows, client expectations, and industry dynamics.
Proficiency with AI-powered tools for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, and an ability to evaluate their practical application in legal contexts.
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and legal teams, effectively aligning technical capabilities with legal requirements.
Strong skills in translating technical concepts into actionable legal insights, and vice versa, to ensure clarity and alignment between teams.
