Full Job Description
- Work closely with all Briefing Program Managers to establish a communication workflow and support the elements of the EBC workflow process.
- Collaborate with onsite vendors, the Workplace and facilities team, the marketing team, the sales teams and EBC regional and global teams.
- Manage all logistical requirements of briefing and meeting coordination within the center.
- Work without program systems (CRM, survey generation, social media channels and O365).
- Ensure EBC event schedule is delivered to all stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support for events and activities within the EBC and support the broader team with hospitality requirements.
- Assist with day to day operations within the local team.
- Manage agency/3rd party vendor resources to deliver EBCs and deliverables.
- Create communications to publish the success of the Innovation Centre, keep stakeholders informed and up to date on program operations.
- Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the center experience.
- Experience in coordination of events or activities within marketing functions or larger complex organizations to deliver programs at scale
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent priorities. -
