As Field Specialist you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment, SPS (Surface Pumping Systems) equipment and all associated surface equipment in the field, complying with all the integrity / quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with the regulations of the different clients in all fields.

As a Field Specialist, you'll participate in all technical events, including supporting the Baker Hughes Artificial Lift team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Performing installation/pulling of complex Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore oil and water wells under minimal supervision. Working experience with H-pump (SPS) product category desired.
Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Acting as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues on all orders.
Monitoring, troubleshoots and tests downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Tools to maximize well productivity and ESP.
Assisting with the set up and start-up of Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD's.
Handling special projects, as assigned.
Under minimal supervision supervises and oversees the installation/pulling of (complex) ESP Systems, and associated equipment in offshore and onshore locations.
Leads a team, attends pre job planning meetings, prepares for and supervises the technical service.
Acts as on site Centrilift representative for communication with customers and account managers.
Completes all job documentation.
Conducts a worksite review and debrief the internal team.
Monitors, troubleshoots and tests downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
Sets up and starts Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD's.
Electrically competent personnel may be required to commission and maintain various types of surface control equipment. Provides on-the-job training to team members
Acting as Team Lead as needed.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have high school diploma/GED with technical diploma or 2-year technical degree preferred
Experience performing Electrical Submersible Pump and Surface Pumping System team activities in the field
Have experience in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Electrical Submersible Pump Equipment and Surface Pumping Systems
