The Role:
We are seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Advanced Services Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to our fleet customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and helping customers maximize the value of their fleet operations through data-driven insights and proactive account management. You will work closely with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost savings, equipment optimization, and business growth. By combining strong business acumen with exceptional relationship management skills, you’ll help customers achieve their objectives while supporting the continued growth of Toyota Material Handling’s Advanced Services business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, serving as the primary point of contact for Advanced Services programs.
- Partner with customers to establish and achieve objectives related to cost reduction, fleet optimization, equipment replacement planning, business growth, and other key performance metrics.
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that improve fleet efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate customer deliverables, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, including account performance, key metrics, financial reporting, and business development opportunities.
- Monitor program compliance and key performance indicators to ensure contractual and operational objectives are met.
- Serve as a liaison between dealers and customers to resolve service-related issues and ensure timely communication and follow-through.
- Train dealers on best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements that support customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel 30–40% as required to support customer engagement and business objectives.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple priorities

- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Where and When You’ll Work:
- Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person Monday through Wednesday at our Columbus, IN office and work remotely Thursday and Friday.
- 30-40% travel is required.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $65,440 - $83,895 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
