Full Job Description
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr.
Day To Day Responsbilities:
- Manage and coordinate field investigations, laboratory testing programs, and data analysis for landfill and earthquake engineering projects.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical engineering reports and design calculations.
- Develop geotechnical design recommendations for landfill liners, covers, foundations, and seismic site response.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and communicate technical information effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in geotechnical engineering, particularly in the areas of landfill and earthquake engineering.
Must Have:
- MS in Civil Engineering
- PhD with relevant thesis
- 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong focus on landfill and earthquake engineering.
- Numerical modeling
- Advanced seismic engineering
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills in English.
