Graphic Designer
Hybrid Role 2-3 days onsite| Richmond, VA
Salary: $58K-$65K

Are you a versatile and deadline-driven Graphic Designer who loves tackling a variety of creative challenges? From designing stunning visuals to crafting video and animation content, and creating impactful long and short-form materials, we're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and energy to the table. In this role, you’ll work on innovative projects for a variety of clients across industries while contributing to exciting internal initiatives. Collaborate with creative leaders and produce impactful designs that shine across digital, print, and video platforms in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the conception and execution of innovative marketing ideas for clients and internal campaigns.
• Design for a wide range of media, including digital platforms, websites, social media, print, OOH, collateral, and video.
• Develop internal assets such as visually engaging presentations (Keynote/PowerPoint) and RFP materials.
• Edit short videos for high-impact social media content.
• Work within established brand guidelines while contributing to new creative initiatives.
• Partner with Senior Art Directors and Creative Directors to deliver top-tier creative solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project components and production-ready files.
• Assist with organizing and managing creative assets on the design server.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a Graphic Designer or Art Director role, ideally in an ad agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with After Effects and Figma (or Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Skills in animation for social media and banner ads.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint to create visually compelling presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under deadlines.
• Experience in image manipulation, retouching, and color correction.
