Job Summary
The DevOps Lead is primarily responsible for designing and implementing continuous integration, continuous delivery, and security practices that support the automatic deployment and security scanning of applications and infrastructure as code for both on-premise and cloud-based environments. You will lead the automation of cloud resources including Container Orchestration to optimize our development workflows, enhance deployment efficiencies, and incorporate the appropriate security tooling as part of this process.
The ideal candidate must have experience with Azure cloud platform services, DevOps practices such as build/release management, secure practices such as automating security processes in CI/CD pipeline, and general automation.
Additionally, the DevOps Lead must have experience collaborating, guiding, and mentoring technical professionals with these practices.
This position is a hybrid role which requires the employee to work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Experience
- Hands-on experience building and managing Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Bicep, 7+ years
- Implementing DevOps for application teams using Agile, preferably SAFe, development methodology, 10+ years.
- Leading DevOps CI tools 5+ years
- Experience with code scanning tools and implementation as part of build process, 3+ years.
- Configuration management tools, 3+ years
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- In-depth technical expertise in DevOps techniques, continuous integration, testing, and deployment across environments
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,or equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Azure certification preferred
