WEEKEND SHIFT OPPORTUNITY - Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM



Weekend Shift Premium 


At Jered LLC, a PAR Systems company and leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems, the Lead Material Controller serves as a key resource within warehouse and inventory operations, helping ensure materials flow efficiently to support production and customer commitments.



We are seeking an experienced materials professional who combines strong inventory management skills with leadership capability. This role provides hands-on support for daily material control activities while serving as a resource for inventory processes, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Success Criteria


Success in this role requires a strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and manufacturing processes. You'll be expected to lead by example, support team development, maintain inventory accuracy, and help drive process compliance and operational efficiency.


Top performers proactively identify and resolve material issues, support inventory audits and cycle counts, train team members, and collaborate effectively across departments to support uninterrupted production.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Inventory processing knowledge and experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and work process software (ERP systems such as Jobscope or Visibility preferred)

  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and handle physical requirements of warehouse work

  • US Persons



Preferred Requirements 



  • Ability to read blueprints

  • Woodworking or crating experience

  • Prior experience training employees
