Skills and Competencies

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a creative agency environment
  • Experience leading end-to-end event programs with accountability for results
  • Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and venues at scale
  • Fluency with event technology, registration or CRM tools, and collaboration platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

Leads end-to-end Advisory Board strategy and execution while supporting Tier 1 events that drive executive engagement and measurable brand impact.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Advisory Board programs, serving as the primary owner of strategy, production, and on-site delivery
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define program objectives, shape agendas, and guide meaningful executive discussions
  • Design executive experiences that foster dialogue, generate insight, and strengthen customer relationships
  • Lead or support key workstreams for Tier 1 events, including executive experiences and stakeholder engagement initiatives
  • Manage event timelines, run-of-show, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination to ensure flawless execution
  • Define and track success metrics, including engagement quality, audience mix, and business impact, ensuring accurate lead capture and data integrity
  • Deliver post-event reporting and actionable insights to inform future strategy and continuous program improvement
  • Manage budgets across all programs, including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and ensuring programs stay within financial and operational parameters

The Moody's Global Events & Outreach team is a collaborative, data-driven group that delivers high-impact programs aligned to business goals and brand priorities. The team partners across marketing, sales, and business segments to create thoughtful, insight-led experiences across our event portfolio, leveraging analytics and innovative tools to continuously raise the standard of event excellence.


For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$78,800.00-$114,200.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
