The role:
As our office coordinator, you will provide administrative and contract support for the construction project crew. You will be responsible for equipment allocation, payroll for contract administration, monitoring contractor documents related to disadvantaged businesses and office administration. You will also process payments for small contracts, construction office facilities and fleet. This position is vital in meeting contract requirements and is essential to the function of the whole crew! Apply today!
This is a limited duration appointment that is expected to last approximately 24 months. Limited duration appointments are benefits eligible and have a designated maximum length of service. This position has the potential to become permanent.

A day in the life:
Answer and direct contract or agency questions via telephone, mail, email and in person.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper files for contracts and personnel files.
Order supplies, schedule equipment maintenance and complete yearly inventory.
Process vendor payments, expense payments, enter invoices, review payroll for projects and investigate wage issues.
Schedule meetings, prepare reports, organize interviews and maintain the crew bulletin board.
Assist in monitoring and reviewing contractor documents and labor compliance.
Work is performed in an office environment using a computer.

Through an equal pay assessment, we will determine the salary offer using the information you provide in your submitted application materials. The salary range listed is the non-PERS monthly salary range. If you are already a participating PERS member or once you become PERS eligible, the salary range will increase by 6.95%.

Minimum qualifications:
Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data.
OR
An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data.
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience reading and understanding contracts.
