Outcomes Administrative Coordinator
The Outcomes Administrative Coordinator supports program evaluation, data and outcomes tracking, quality improvement initiatives, and reporting coordination across service divisions. This role focuses on administrative coordination and operational support of quality and outcomes processes rather than leading formal data analytics, strategic quality initiatives, or project management efforts.
The Coordinator works closely with the Senior Data Analyst, Chief Behavioral Health Strategy Officer, and leadership to support reporting workflows, meeting coordination, documentation, communication efforts, and project tracking.
The Outcomes Administrative Coordinator will:
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to program evaluation, data warehouse statements of work, quality improvement, and outcomes activities across programs.
- Assist with tracking performance indicators, screening completion rates, and other quality related measures.
- Assist with gathering information for internal reports, audits, and accreditation activities.
- Support data collection, reporting processes, and spreadsheet management
- Maintain project documentation, tracking tools, and workflow records
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and cross-department communication
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $31.25/hourly

Required Skills
- Successful candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented, interested in behavioral health quality improvement and outcomes initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) required
- Previous experience in behavioral healthcare setting is preferred but not required
Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years administrative experience required
