Seeking a junior or midlevel associate with two to five years of large law firm or financial planning firm experience to join our private client practice. The successful applicant must possess a background in estate planning, tax, and business succession planning. Candidates with significant experience drafting trust agreements and wills are highly desirable. This position will be resident in our Philadelphia office.  Active Pennsylvania bar membership is required.
