Full Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for Project Manager to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC location.

Must Haves:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • 6+ years of true Project Manager
  • Understanding tollgates (bank tools)
  • Change Management experience at Banking Clients
  • Agile & Waterfall experience
  • JIRA Knowledge
  • Change Governance knowledge
  • Strong PM knowledge, ability to lead a team and drive to results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of the TPAS tool (new financial tool that is only a year old)

Plusses:

  • Compliance
  • Knowledge of the new financial tool (was released in November 2023)
  • Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial experience

Responsibilities:

  • Working on data source within consumer authorization and to support lines of business within the bank. Need to be able to hit the ground running (no hand holding) and be the liaison to support technology efforts
  • Previous experience managing funding on projects
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple technology teams
  • Facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables
  • Promotes and facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Gathers and facilitates project updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to deliver, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders
  • Identify any emerging risks/issues, escalate as needed, and identify critical path to resolve
  • Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and maintain evidence and systems for record for change
  • Supports resource planning for delivery/execution
