The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Test Engineer to join our Team! In this role, you’ll participate in completing testing and analysis on our full portfolio of forklifts, warehouse management systems, energy, and automated solutions while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete assignments that are broad in nature require originality and ingenuity to complete.
- Create test plans, templates, and test flows for electrical, mechanical, software, and systems with minimal guidance of senior test engineer independent of degree type
- Be the test point contact for individual projects. Understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately in an evolving and dynamic environment.
- Have project management responsibilities for small projects or subsets of large projects.
- Participate in the integration and regression testing of software and system functionality.
- Ensure test results are documented and submitted.
- Keep manager informed of progress, changes, priorities, and project cost/schedule status.
- Provide support and leadership for engineering development teams.
- Work with cross-functional groups representing the test department.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer)
- 2+ years of experience and/or a Master’s degree in the fields above.
- Ability to plan, organize, and carry out technical activities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and group settings.

- This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, IN office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $73,840 - $94,667 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
