Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire midlevel associates with at 3-5 years of law firm experience with life science transactions, including drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply and other operational agreements (e.g., CDA/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, MSAs, etc.), and product purchase and sale agreements. Alternatively, candidates with two or more years of experience as in-house counsel for a life sciences industry company and a strong desire to focus on life sciences transactions would also be considered.
