Summary:

Responsible for management of Company Assets, including tools, mobile devices, mobile spend, etc. Position works with Field Operations, Field Planning, Sourcing and other teams to create effective and accurate processes in Asset Management and Mobile Spend.

What you will be working on:

  • Manage ticket queue for Asset Management team. Includes assignment, recovery, lost/damaged, equipment support, end of life, disposal, etc.
  • Develop and Maintain Asset Lifecycle Management processes. Includes acquisition, maintenance, device evaluation, disposal, etc.
  • Develop and Maintain asset inventory records. Responsible for updating and improving use of Asset Management tools, identification of new tools, development of current tools.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate metrics and processes.
  • Review and analyze asset data to identify trends, optimize performance, and maximize utilization/cost savings.
  • Oversee Field Operations New Hire Kit process. Includes contents, timeliness of shipments to New Hires, correct assignment of assets in asset tracking system, etc.
  • Manage PO placement, inventory levels for corporate assets.
  • Communicate effectively with department leaders to assist with budget accountability and overall compliance Required Skills, Experience & Education:
  • 3+ Years of experience in Asset Management, Supply Chain, or similar role.
  • 1+ Years of leadership experience
  • Experience with Asset Management software and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or similar Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
  • Ability to think critically, independently, and create solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Use of PowerPoint, Word, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
