Account Project Manager
The Account Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing campaigns for our agency client while ensuring strong communication and relationship management. This role will focus on project management and client satisfaction, campaign management, and driving successful outcomes for each campaign.
This role is a full time direct hire position that will be fully remote except for Tuesday's in Blue Ash, OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Manage budgets and billing processes related to client campaigns, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management and managing many different teams
- Managed budgets and billing processes
- Managed paid media campaigns, social media, email etc. Any digital campaign management
- Can present to clients and has experience being confident in front of clients
- Extremely organized
- Managed a lot of different people and moving parts at once
- Nice to have skill - Agency experience
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
