Everforth Creative Circle is seeking an Adobe Enterprise Platform Architect to consult with our team for several hours on a project that may lead to additional opportunities. This is a completely remote assignment.
Engagement: Enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud program for a large healthcare payer - AEM Cloud is the execution layer, but every architecture decision must account for AEP, AJO, CJA, RTCDP, Web SDK, EDS, and GenStudio downstream. Multi-brand portfolio (7+ brands). RFP response support first, delivery lead second. This is not a pure AEM build role.
Required
- Enterprise architecture - platform-level blueprints that serve as the reference implementation for a multi-brand portfolio; scalable content models, shared component libraries, governance standards, and reusable patterns that downstream brands inherit without rework
- AEM Cloud Service - cloud-native architecture, Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, Dev/Stage/Prod environment strategy
- AEP - XDM schema design, datastream configuration, identity namespace architecture, profile completeness requirements for downstream AI capabilities
- AJO - journey entry event design, decisioning surface definitions in AEM templates, Content Fragment variable mapping for AJO content delivery
- CJA - reporting dimension architecture baked into content models and data layers from day one; Analytics Source Connector for historical continuity
- AEP Web SDK - replacing AppMeasurement/at.js, server-side event forwarding, ACDL implementation, datastream routing to Analytics + AEP + AJO + CJA simultaneously
- Edge Delivery Services (EDS) - hands-on with both delivery-layer-only (Touch UI preserved) and document-based authoring (Google Docs/SharePoint) models; able to advise on path selection
- Content Fragments & Experience Fragments - model design, governance, hybrid composition patterns, tagging, AJO-ready variable mapping
- AEM Core Components - template and component build using upgrade-safe Adobe-native patters
- AMS -> AEM Cloud migration - Best Practices Analyzer, OSGi/dispatcher remediation, cloud-native refactoring
- Content migration - automated migration scripting from headless CMS (Contentful or similar) into AEM Cloud
- DAM migration - bulk asset ingestion, metadata mapping, enterprise taxonomy/folder design (Aprimo or similar -> AEM Assets Cloud)
- Integration validation - Adobe Target, third-party tools (analytics, tag management, PHI scrubbing, search, session replay)
- Design token systems - experience working alongside a component design token framework (FIBER, Spectrum, or similar)
Strongly Preferred
- RTCDP - audience segmentation, identity stitching between anonymous and known members, paid media activation architecture
- Enterprise DAM strategy - AEM Assets Cloud as enterprise source of truth; Content Hub configuration, brand-level access controls, usage rights governance, asset approval workflows
- Healthcare or regulated industry - Medicare, HIPAA-adjacent compliance, PHI scrubbing boundaries (Freshpaint or similar), CMS open enrollment freeze cycles
- GenStudio / Firefly Services - AI-native content generation, custom model requirements for compliant healthcare content
- Customer AI / Attribution AI - propensity scoring, profile volume thresholds, event dataset coverage requirements
- Enterprise multi-brand architecture - GEO-ready content paths, brand-level token sets, shared component libraries scaled for 7+ brands
- RFP / proposal experience - able to validate technical scope, hour estimates, and assumption frameworks alongside a consulting lead
