Associate Brand Manager
Our client, a leading consumer products company, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support digital growth initiatives across multiple business lines. This role combines website management, digital marketing, eCommerce, analytics, and brand execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences, support product launches, and drive business performance.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of website operations, digital marketing strategy, eCommerce execution, and performance analytics, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The Basics
- Job Title: Associate Brand Manager
- Duration: 3-Month Contract
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Glendale, CA
- Schedule: Hybrid; onsite Tuesday through Thursday
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, website management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing websites, including digital roadmaps, site enhancements, campaign launches, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordination with external agencies or vendor partners.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO, CMS platforms, UX best practices, and website performance optimization.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and online retail initiatives.
- Familiarity with Amazon Storefront management and digital shelf optimization.
- Experience with content optimization, Ratings & Reviews programs, and online merchandising.
- Understanding of forecasting, business performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization, structured data, and LLM discoverability is a plus.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the brand's eCommerce website, including site enhancements, migrations, campaign launches, and digital roadmap execution.
- Coordinate website testing, UAT processes, release readiness activities, issue resolution, and agency partnerships.
- Support management of digital properties, including eCommerce platforms, content hubs, and related marketing initiatives.
- Drive SEO, content optimization, website performance, and digital discoverability efforts.
- Lead and support digital shelf optimization initiatives to improve online visibility and consumer engagement.
- Support product launches and innovation initiatives through coordinated digital marketing and eCommerce execution.
- Analyze business performance, consumption trends, and forecasting data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting using analytics tools and business metrics.
- Collaborate with brand, analytics, agency, technology, and cross-functional partners to deliver successful digital programs and business outcomes.
- Support Ratings & Reviews programs and broader online retail execution strategies.
