Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies to support project delivery and enhance operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and communicated.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and Agile meetings to enhance team productivity
• Create user stories, process flows, and other documentation to support development teams
• Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
• Assist in the implementation of SAFE methodologies as needed
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and user stories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
