Position: Data Visualization & Integration Specialist

Job Location: 3065 Chastain Meadows Pkwy., Marietta, GA 30066

Duties: Focus on data visualization, data engineering, and systems integration, as well as cross-functional collaboration, project coordination, and strategic storytelling. Lead the design, development, and optimization of the accessory fitment database, integrating mechanical motorsports specifications. Build and maintain advanced data visualizations using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to support business intelligence and decision-making. Engineer scalable data pipelines and integration solutions across systems and platforms. Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Apply PMP-certified project management practices to plan, execute, and monitor datacentric initiatives. Translate complex technical data into compelling visual narratives for diverse audiences. Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security across all BI and integration systems. Identify and apply new analytical techniques that aid the company in optimizing processes, cost reduction, and governance. Note: Company “Hybrid” work attendance policy: In office work attendance required at the aforementioned office address for collaboration days four days a week; telecommuting / working from home is permissible for the remainder of the same week.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in STEM field PLUS 30 months in data visualization and integration or related occupation.

Minimum skills requirement: Understanding of mechanical systems in automotive or motorsports applications. Experience using advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. Experience with Metric governance & refresh orchestration defined as having had stewardship of KPI/metric IDs, scheduled refreshes, and reliability runbooks—where monthly reports and cross tool reminders are used. Experience using PowerAutomate Online and Power Automate Desktop to automate repetitive tasks and manage workflow. Experience managing and delivering data projects involving multiple data sources, cross-functional stakeholders, and end-to-end integration or visualization solutions, with clear metrics for project success such as project size, budget, number of users impacted, or technical complexity. Hands-on experience with API integrations and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework. Holds certificate proving expertise in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). Experience using SAP Business Objects or similar data visualization platform. Experience proving process improvement and problem solving skills. Experience with SAP material Master screens and functionality, bill of material and parts schematics. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
