Full Job Description
Job title: Escrow Assistant
Location: Walnut Creek, CA, 94596 (Fully Onsite, 8AM-5PM PST)
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible extension)
Hourly Rate Range: $17.24 - $20.68/hr
About the role:
- Provides escrow services for residential, resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions.
- Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.
- Top Skills/Experience: 1-2 years of Escrow, Lending or Real estate experience a plus.
- Required Skills: General Reception Skills, MS Outlook, clerical skills, 50+wpm, office equipment
- Desired Skills: Escrow, Banking, Accounting
- Education Requirements: AA minimum
