About the Role:- We are looking for a contingent resource to support Brokerage Client Support in this assignment.
- The role involves proactively seeking ways to improve processes, performing moderately complex client support tasks, receiving direction from a supervisor, and escalating non-routine questions. Interacting with client personnel on a range of information is also a key aspect of this role.
