Graphic Designer
Position Overview
Our Sports Retail client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across various media, including digital and print, while adhering to brand standards and project timelines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing and project management teams to produce innovative visual solutions that effectively communicate our brand message.
Location: Houston, TX, Hybrid
Duration: 3 months, 40hrs/week, potential to extend
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design graphics for digital and print media such as websites, marketing materials, store signage, digital display banners, packaging, mobile and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with strategic goals.
- Produce high-quality illustrations, photographs, and motion graphics for various campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in graphic design, web design, and digital advertising.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative group
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, web design, print design, and video production work.
- Experience in illustration and photography is preferred.
- Familiarity with motion design and digital advertising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
