Where We Need You

We are looking for a Learning Technology Analyst to join our Global Learning & Development (L&D) team, located in any of our Protiviti offices, with a preferred location of Tampa, Orlando, Chicago, or Cleveland. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office at least 3 days per week.

As a Learning Technology Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting the configuration and management of Learning technologies and platforms at Protiviti. Our learning technology platform includes learning management systems, learning experience platforms, learning content platforms, technologies used in the classroom, collaboration technologies, and virtual reality tools.

You will assist with learning technology projects, support team members in setting up, configuring and managing learning technologies, and participate in the process of analyzing and enhancing learning technologies and related business processes. You will proactively engage with our global business units, stakeholders, and learning leaders to understand business needs, to configure learning technology to support the needs, and to provide knowledge and insights on best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the organization in configuring and using learning technologies

  • Create, manage, and archive learning content

  • Create, distribute, and maintain reports including complex non-standard/custom reports and ad hoc analysis requests for stakeholders

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; collaborate with other IT teams when needed

  • Provide ongoing support with technical integrations and vendor escalations and resolutions

  • Proactively formulate ideas and provide recommendations for system and process enhancements, driving continuous improvement

  • Assist in the deployment of new technical features including documentation, testing support, and end-user training

  • Communicate complex technical information to less technical users and in-depth business processes to technical resources

  • Process learning records and generate certificates

  • Manage training inquiries and respond to messages in a timely manner and with excellent customer service

  • Drive projects to timely completion with planning and forecasting, creative problem solving, delegation, communication, and influence

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships internally with stakeholders

  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in Learning Technologies

  • Travel expectations for this role are 10%

  • You may occasionally be required to work outside typical business hours to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones

  • You are motivated by new ideas, but also thoughtful about what's possible given tight deadlines

  • You have a desire to learn, are curious, and are receptive to feedback and mentoring

  • You are an avid user of technology (platforms, apps, tools, etc.) and are confident and excited about learning how to use new technologies

  • You are comfortable in a dynamic environment, adept at balancing multiple priorities, and nimble and positive in responding to change.

  • You have a passion for understanding how learning fits into the greater organizational context and you constantly look for ways to add more value to support strategic goals.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

  • 2+ years of experience working with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone on Demand.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Consulting/Professional Services industry experience, preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$58,000.00 - $87,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$60,900.00 - $91,350.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
