Leading national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of law firm experience for a newly created, permanent position in their Atlanta office. You will join a successful team and assist with commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities of Litigation Paralegal include:

Conducting legal research
Managing calendars and deadlines
Assisting with discovery processes
Preparing deposition and trial materials and summaries, including notebooks
Drafting and organizing various legal documents
Creating and maintaining case chronologies
Reviewing documents and evidence
Interviewing witnesses
Developing organizational tracking systems for large document collections
E-filing with courts
Preparing for and attending depositions, arbitrations, trials, and hearings

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
Trial preparation experience required, not required but helpful is trial attendance experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectively
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software
