Job Title: E2E QA Software TestingDesignation: SDET/QA & E2E Module Lead
Location: Hyderabad_Phoenix
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Module Lead - QA to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software testing methodologies, E2E testing and a deep expertise in Selenium with Java. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing practices and leadership in the QA process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in the execution of test plans and test cases.
- End-to-end testing of application, Preparing test data. Validating the functionality of the application
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough regression testing and performance testing to validate software functionality.
- Implement best practices in testing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting quality status and risks.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Selenium with Java for automated testing.
- Proficient in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages beyond Java.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage QA projects effectively.
