Full Job Description
Our client, a national labor union organization, is actively seeking a part-time Office Assistant to support their day-to-day operations. This position will be on-site at the organization's Sicklerville office, with a set schedule of a four-day work week, 9 AM - 3 PM. The ideal candidate is a dependable, organized professional who is actively seeking the flexability of a part-time position!
About You:
- 1+ year of experience in a general office assistant position
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Resourceful worker who can excel independently when needed
- Willingness to go above and beyond to help colleagues and clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
The Job:
- Provide customer service by routinely answering incoming calls, taking messages, and answering questions as needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail office-wide
- Assist in filing and organizing documentation, paperwork, and electronic files
- Perform data entry
- Assist with additional administrative projects as directed
