Parts Counter Person –
Mason Valley Equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Obtain the correct parts for technicians and
customers in a timely manner
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
• Provide customers with requested information
• Order parts from suppliers on a daily basis
using online ordering systems
• Receive shipments and deliveries
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location
• Maintain merchandising display to promote
product sales
• Operate equipment properly and in a safe
manner (i.e. forklift)
• Demonstrate communication and
interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and
effectively manage time
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Demonstrate proficiency with a computer,
keyboard, email, and excel
• Possess organizational and follow-up skills
• One year of sales experience preferred
Typical schedule is 8:00-5:00
Monday-Friday and 8:00-12:00 Saturday
