BLOX Digital is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this job is adept at communicating with remote teams, demonstrates outstanding customer service skills, and has a strong attention to detail.

This position will manage the onboarding of new clients, working with our internal design and implementation teams. The Project Manager will act as the internal lead from initial kick off through to final delivery of projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within the agreed-upon scope.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects in different stages of completion.

• Create and manage the project plan, to include timeline, communication plan, and resource management.

• Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communication to internal and client stakeholders on project progress.

• Define and manage a seamless handoff from project build to ongoing account management.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

• Maintain exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with remote teams.

• Provide excellent customer service for BLOX Digital clients.

• Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Advocate for project management process and methodology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 or more years of Project Management experience

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Functional knowledge/skills:

o SAAS experience (preferred, but not required)

o MS Office Suite

o Monday.com (preferred, but not required)

o Zoho Forms (preferred, but not required)

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour plus opportunity for bonus
