Short Description
Deliver radiation treatment to patients according to the Radiation Oncologist's prescription |
Perform CT Simulation as ordered by the Radiation Oncologist to optimize the patient's treatment position in comfort and reproducibility |
Utilize the hospital and Radiation Oncology EMR systems to record patient treatment delivery, document patient positioning information, and communicate any pertinent information regarding the patient's care coordination |
The radiation therapist will ensure a positive and compassionate patient experience by providing support and education |
Perform daily morning QA on linear accelerators and CT simulator |
Participate in on-call procedure |
Schedule patients for simulation and treatment |
Perform daily billing for treatment and simulation |
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas |
Mold Room Duties |
Demonstrate commitment to collaborative professional relationships with physicians and all members of the health care team |
