Job Description
Job Summary:
The Biofuels Senior Analyst is a high-impact role designed for experienced professionals ready to take on increased autonomy and ownership within the Land O'Lakes Corporate Strategy group. Strategy Development: Collaborate with Land O'Lakes leadership to assess potential market entry opportunities, innovate new business models, and outline long-term corporate strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
Module Ownership: Lead specific workstreams within larger strategic initiatives. Move beyond support to take primary responsibility for the "end-to-end" delivery of research, modeling, and synthesis for assigned project components.
Advanced Analytical Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial and strategic models (e.g., market sizing, ROI analysis, and business case scenarios). Ensure a high degree of accuracy and the ability to translate "the what" into "the so what" for leadership.
Strategic Planning & Insights: Support the annual enterprise strategic planning process by synthesizing market trends and competitor moves. Partner with the Economic Research team to transform raw data into a cohesive narrative regarding industry headwinds and tailwinds.
