The Senior Analyst is a member of the Finance team providing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and strategic advisement to the our Company Human Health Marketing organization. The Senior Analyst supports forecasting, budgeting, S&OP, life cycle management, financial evaluation, and business development activity for their business area. The Senior Analyst is part of a team that partners closely with cross functional stakeholders, including commercial, research, manufacturing, legal, compliance and corporate teams to identify, evaluate and execute strategic opportunities.
This position is aligned to the Oncology franchise and provides analytical support for Financial Planning and Analysis across various Oncology collaborations. This includes support of the Oncology portfolio, with a focus on collaboration products, including reviews all relevant data inputs, calculations and financial statement impacts related to profit shares. In addition, this role will provide ad-hoc support for Vaccines franchise, supporting select quarter-end, forecasting and tally deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:
Partner with the Finance Director to provide strategic and financial insight on key business decisions and new initiatives; develop, evaluate, and present business cases to senior leaders
Support FP&A activities, including financial functional support for upcoming launches, in line and LOE products (including support of Vaccines ad-hoc deliverables)
Support of collaboration products accounting and financial reporting, which includes knowledge of data inputs from all stakeholders and related financial statement calculations related to profit shares (including oncology collaborations with AZ, Eisai, Moderna and Daiichi Sankyo)
Expertise in the end to end profit share process, including: financial statement impacts, accounting implications of all calculations and journal entries as well as critical review of all supporting/backup files created
Responsible for optimization, standardization and preparation of all collaboration deliverables (data workbooks, shareable expenses, FTE data, etc.), including review of actuals reporting (accrual, true-up, reconciliation, payment and disclosure preparation)

Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Strong technical and systems skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI
Experience with optimization of complex processes/calculations
Prior experience with collaboration products, including preparation and reviews of financial statement impacts of all relevant calculations and journal entries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong compliance focus, financial acumen, and analytical skills
Experience with providing audit support (internal and external)
Passion and intellectual curiosity with respect to healthcare industry
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
