Social Content Creator (video) - hybrid in Westwood, CA
Job Description
Our client in the real estate space is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to specifically focus on capturing, editing, and executing social media videos across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
This is a direct-hire hybrid opportunity (at least 2 days per week onsite) in Westwood, CA with up to 30% travel to shoots.
Additional offices in Phoenix and Las Vegas, for additional candidate consideration!
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves ideating fresh content, and can execute with precision. In this role, you will collaborate closely with their Sr. Social Media Manager and CMO to develop engaging content that resonates with their audience and reflects current trends.
MUST HAVE:
-3+ years of experience creating and editing video content for social media
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (preferred), Canva, and familiarity with Asana for project management
-Strong eye for design and ability to create engaging, trend-driven content.
-Comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling.
-Corporate experience preferred
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
-Shoot and edit video, add text to photos, and produce visually compelling social media content for all major social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
-Partner closely with the Sr. Social Media Manager to brainstorm and execute content ideas aligned with brand strategy
-Stay up to date on social media trends and translate them into actionable content
-Take feedback constructively and work closely with cross-functional teams
-Handle basic audio setup (e.g., microphones) during shoots
NICE TO HAVE:
-Real estate experience is a bonus but not required
