About the Team

As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Solution Consultant team, the opportunity exists to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

As the AI Thought Leader within Solution Consulting Enablement, this pivotal role drives our field's expertise and readiness to position Workday's AI capabilities effectively. Positioned as the go-to expert on AI trends, both within the Workday ecosystem and the broader industry, ensuring our Solution Consultants (SCs) and Enterprise Architects (EAs) are equipped with the knowledge and resources to articulate Workday's AI value proposition to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Workday's AI solutions, including their functionality, benefits, and competitive differentiation.

  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices.

  • Create and deliver impactful enablement programs (e.g., workshops, training materials, certifications) that empower SCs to effectively position and sell Workday's AI solutions.

  • Design and curate content that translates complex AI concepts into clear, concise, and compelling sales narratives.

  • Develop and maintain a repository of AI-related sales tools, resources, and best practices.

  • Establish strong relationships with global business leaders, product management, and other key stakeholders to capture insights, align on messaging, and ensure enablement programs are relevant and impactful.

  • Promote AI enablement resources, share updates, and gather feedback.

  • Contribute to internal communities and knowledge-sharing platforms to foster AI expertise across the organization.

  • Provide support for the Enterprise Architecture team by building enablement programs on Workday technology.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Enablement role, with a focus on enterprise software solutions.

  • 1-2 years of working with AI concepts, technologies, and applications.

Other Qualifications:

  • Understanding of IT architecture, integrations, and application security.

  • Experience with Workday products - HR, Finance, or Planning

  • Designing and delivering effective enablement programs.

  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

  • Travel 15-30%


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CO.Boulder


Primary Location Base Pay Range: $148,300 USD - $222,500 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,800 USD - $239,300 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $148,300 - $222,500 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
