Position Summary:
The Product Sales Specialist will drive demand and sales for Scranton Products' bathroom partitions and lockers through targeted outreach to architects, conducting CEU presentations, and managing relationships with contractors and distributors. This role focuses on driving specifications with architects, creating pull-through sales, and collaborating closely with dealer partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Specification with Architects:
- Conduct 60+ CEU presentations annually to architectural firms within the territory.
- Serve as the main point of contact for architects, responding to inquiries and showcasing Scranton Products’ solutions.
- Pull-Through Sales with Contractors & Partnerships with Distributors:
- Build strong relationships with dealers and contractors, supporting sales opportunities from specification to installation.
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, maintain active follow-up, and update account activities.
Success Measures:
- 90 Days: Build product knowledge and establish initial contacts.
- Six Months: Show progress toward sales goals and maintain a full pipeline.
- One Year: Meet annual revenue targets and maintain key architect and dealer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in sales, ideally in architectural, general building construction methods, customer complaint resolution, product experience.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; valid driver’s license with travel flexibility.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $88,000 up to $105,000. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
