DEI Co-op

*Note: this role is for a Spring (June to December 2024) Co-op or post-grad Internship*

As a DEI co-op, you will play an integral role in helping support the Jobs & Opportunities, Education, and Well-Being pillars. 
You will partner with the Head of DEI to implement strategies for building community partnerships, researching industry-standard methodologies, coordinating volunteering opportunities for employees, communicating internally and externally, etc.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Partner with the Head of DEI to develop a framework for assessing new requests and investments
- Build content to recruit employees, generate enthusiasm and update employees about DEI activities
- Write, edit, and schedule communications for the company-wide DEI Global newsletter, internal communications platforms, corporate website, social media platforms, etc.
- Serve as a resource for associates seeking to learn more about volunteering, donations, and other ways to become involved in Corporate Impact Investing efforts
- Own the planning and execution of internal and external events
- Research and present on what leading companies are doing to promote DEI & CSR in their organizations
- Collaborate with the Communications, Sustainability, Digital, etc. to raise awareness, support initiatives, plan events and prepare communications

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
