Our award-winning agency client is looking for a freelance, Submissions Specialist to start in November, 20 - 40 hours per week, for at least 3 months.
This is a HYBRID role that requires three days onsite (MWF) at the client's Irving office. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be remote.
The Submissions Specialist will ensure materials for pharmaceutical client projects are checked for quality and ready to submit for regulatory review.
Experience quality-checking very detailed projects, copy, etc., especially for a regulated field like pharma, will bring your resume to the top!
Submissions Specialist Requirements
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Veeva and similar regulatory content submissions systems
- Workfront, preferred; Microsoft Office and Teams - required
Submissions Specialist Responsibilities
- Assist with submissions for pharmaceutical accounts for legal/regulatory review
- Quality check all materials and ensure ready for upload
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
