Duties and Responsibilities

Shadow and assist in high-impact projects within the assigned area
Follow the project charter and responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to achieve goals
Attend follow-up meetings to ensure the adequate execution of the assigned project
Conduct research and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Review and refine company policies to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Assist in standardizing templates and documentation for internal processes
Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
Provide feedback on the program

Qualifications

Current bachelor student in the final year of study or graduate student
Minimum GPA of 2.8
Strong desire to grow knowledge and take on challenges
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Major in Human Resource Management
