Key Responsibilities:

- Work Closely with Logistics and Planning: Collaborate with logistics and planning teams to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination.
- Handle Escalations from Distribution, Sales, and Customer Service Teams: Address and resolve escalations from various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Daily Functions of the Order Entry Team: Provide support and guidance to the order entry team to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
- Support the Friends & Family Program: Oversee and support the friends & family program
- Complete Monthly and Quarterly Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 5 Years of proven experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle key accounts and manage escalations effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $73,000in our lowest market up to $90,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
