Team Lead Engineer CloudOps
Duties: Operation of cloud-based production information systems across all phases of system engineering, provisioning, operation, support, maintenance, compliance, decommissioning, including coordination and lead technical engineering across the CloudOps Engineering team. Deploy, manage, and monitor applicable alerting platforms to ensure adequate level of health monitoring for all production systems, including hardware, server components and deployed applications. Designing processes and selecting tools that ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop automated pipelines, processes & scripts to support the deployment of customer solutions in cloud environments. Provide oversight, direction, and management to operational aspects of the CDLC process. Instrumental in building and maintaining systems in support of and processes within the Continuous Delivery lifecycle. Provide expert level expertise with SSO and IDP authentication configuration and management. Provide cross training to other engineers, administrators, and developers across the organization. Manage off hours and support schedule for 24/7 function. Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting of customer infrastructure and applications.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Engineering, Information Systems, Cloud Architecture, Electronic Engineering, or in a related field of study, and 5 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving Cloud Engineering. Experience specified must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: database experience with focus on AWS; AWS Deployment and Management capabilities including CLI, Cloud Formation, Cloud Trail, Cloud Watch and IAM; production customer Cloud troubleshooting skills; building out highly-available public or private cloud infrastructure; Continuous Integration experience with orchestration tools such as Cloud Formation Templates, and Terraform; components of AWS: EC2, ELB, Route53, S3, Cloud front, SNS RDS, Elastic Cache, and Config; logging platforms (Sumo Logic and Cloud Trail); the foresight to recognize opportunities for reducing manual updates/changes with automation in the Cloud development and operations infrastructure; automation experience using configuration management tools, such as Cloud Formation Templates, Terraform, and Ansible; coding/scripting skills (Python, and / or Java / Bash); and Cloud Linux and Windows platforms. Experience specified must also include 2 years of project management experience with production cloud deployment and coordination of resources; and 2 years of experience with containers running in the Cloud and creating corporate specific container images. Telecommuting permitted. Can reside anywhere in the US. Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) business hours.

Salary: $142,147 to $169,000/year
