Job Title: Technical Support

Location: Chandler, AZ 85224
Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension or hire
Pay Range: $21/hr to $23.5/hour
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer care and IT support via phone/chat in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot MS applications, proprietary systems, and hardware/software issues.
- Document tickets accurately and escalate unresolved issues.
- Meet performance targets and core quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, VPN, and Cisco AnyConnect.
- Experience with ITSM tools like Remedy is a plus.
