As a Senior Test Engineer supporting the Electronic Warfare-Integrated Manufacturing Center (EW-IMC), you must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with little oversight while being available as a subject matter expert to their team. This individual should be comfortable providing accurate technical status and interface with other engineering disciplines as necessary.
Responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
Develop and update software applications
Work with internal customers to create software requirements and specifications
Own and drive the full software development cycle (planning, coding, debugging, testing, deploying, documentation)
Develop Data Analytics / Factory Metrics capabilities to help drive factory actions (using Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Debug issues both software and hardware (test stand and adapters)
The ideal candidate must be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor level degree in Engineering or STEM related discipline
- Experience developing applications using NI LabWindows CVI, TestStand, C, and/or C++
- Experience with test solution software integration
- Experience with RF test development for production, employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, etc.)
- Experience with RF Measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies
- Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- 2+ years of experience with BS Computer Science, BS Electrical Engineer, or BS Engineering Technology
- Experience in a high paced production environment
- Capable of performing technical planning, integration, verification and validation, evaluating alternatives including cost, risk, and supportability
- Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and resolution
- Capable of performing technical planning, integration, verification and validation, evaluating alternatives including cost, risk, and supportability
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
