Create Schematic Design documents. Support to licensed architects and partners on creating construction documents. Assist design professionals and architects with preliminary estimates on cost and construction time. Visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans. Assist architects use computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) and building information modeling (BIM) for creating designs and construction drawings. Assist designed professional with creating marketing materials and preparing for presentations. Requirements: Bachelor in Architecture or related. Must be able to provide architectural portfolio upon request before interview and proof of REVIT competency. Full-time.
