- Location: Dallas, TX 75202 (Hybrid - 1 week in the office and 1 week working from home after a month of in-office training)
- Training Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM CST - Monday to Friday - First two weeks on the job and will need to be in the office for the first month on the job.
- Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (Any 8 hours between 7 AM - 8 PM CST) with some Saturdays (8 AM to 6 PM CST)
- Parking Charges: $9 - $18/day
- Pay Rate: $19.38/hour

- Perform moderately complex customer support tasks.
