Job Summary

Conagra Brands - Russellville is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will oversee the Facilities Maintenance Department and associated equipment. You will maintain the preventative maintenance system and work toward exceeding the plants safety and uptime goals while controlling our maintenance expenses. Other primary responsibilities include leadership of equipment performance tracking and repair/improve operations.

You Will:

  • Lead activities of workers engaged in maintenance and support of capital projects associated with Facilities responsibilities.
  • Monitor downtime occurrences and efficiencies of the production lines, paying special attention for maintenance and mechanical trends - aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel.
  • Train, motivate and direct employees to follow safe, quality work methods and standards.
  • Enforce the plant's safety program and maintain compliance to all OSHA safety regulations and standards.
  • Assume full ownership of predictive and preventive maintenance activities including oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine-compressor analysis, and infrared thermography.
  • Evaluate PM/PDM activities and frequencies to ensure optimum use of workforce and resources in maximizing equipment reliability.
  • Maintain equipment for efficient operation within maintenance budget; operate within the constraint of the union contract and USDA regulations.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Support regulatory compliance in responsible areas including USDA, EPA, OSHA, and other responsibilities for the scope of the facility.

You Have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 3 years of previous maintenance experience
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs and knowledge of Electronic and Electrical principals.
  • Knowledge of best practices for Facilities Maintenance, including Plumbing, Piping, Drains, Roofing, Painting, Flooring, Concrete, and Doors.
  • Knowledge of best practices for Shipping and Receiving Automation Equipment Maintenance including Dock equipment, Doors, Racking, Automated Truck Loading systems, and Robotic Systems.

You must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation:

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
