Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer who will work with limited supervision on large, complex engineering assignments related to the creation, development and/or improvement of product designs. Our team is small but growing, so bring your personality as you work with our designers, sales & marketing, manufacturing team, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Our headquarters is in Dahlonega, GA, but we will be developing out of Grand Rapids, MI! (Some travel may be required).
You will be…
- DEVELOPING… solutions from concept through production by use of rapid prototyping and thoughtful test plans.
- TEACHING… be a material and product knowledge resource…learn our product, know our materials, and be capable of teaching others.
- SUPPORTING… our product development process is new and needs engagement. Help build and enhance deliverables and methods that ensure the right product gets to the market quickly.
- INNOVATING… be ready to play and stretch your creative side with strong technical input.
- ENGAGING… StruXure has a unique, entrepreneurial spirit; we are looking for someone is not afraid to bring their personality.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree plus experience.
- 7-10 years of experience with mechanical engineering discipline, preferably in product development.
- CAD Proficient, Solidworks experience preferred (not required).
- Experience with DFMEA, Dimensional Management, FEA.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
