Clerical/Technical/Service N/A
- Demonstrates the ability to perform clerical/technical/service/administrative tasks.
- Provides accurate and efficient administrative support including but not limited to telephone coverage, screening and routing calls, taking messages, handling routine requests for information, as well as work processing, spreadsheets, filing, photocopying, faxing and receivingand directing visitors.
- Organize and maintain files, assist the department with correspondence, reports, meetings and update appointment schedules as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrates good judgment, discretion, and ability to problem-solve in the execution of the duties of the job while supporting the supervisor's priorities
- Ensures that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follows up consistently on assigned long-term projects.

- Maintains confidentiality in the management of information.
- Uses initiative and good judgment to coordinate and implement special projects.
- Observes the Health Care System's compliance policies.

- Communicates with senior management administrative staff.
Education required
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experiences and/or skills required
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Proficiency in software not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and the Internet.
