About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to lead the Advisor Compensation Finance team for Client Relationship Group in Wealth & Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop a team focused on financial support for advisor compensation plans and associated expense including tracking key financial metrics, budgeting and forecasting, and providing data for operating and strategic reviews
• Serve as the finance leader and partner for key executives
• Develop and maintain financial models that help guide leader decision-making related to advisor compensation plans and advisor recruiting deals
• Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
• Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting associated with advisor compensation
• Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
• Lead implementation of complex projects
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics
• Relevant experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business analytics, and budgeting
• Experience in financial services industry, preferably in wealth management
• Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective partnerships with all levels of team members
